The website www.nexa-homes.com and the mobile application “BuyInGroup” (together referred to as the “Website” or “Platform”) is owned and operated by NexaHomes Interiors & Property Management Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office in the State of Telangana, India (“Company”).
The Company operates a structured real estate facilitation platform enabling Users to participate in group buying alignment, negotiation coordination, loan referral assistance, legal service coordination, interior vendor connection, and property management services (“Services”).
This Privacy Policy sets out the privacy practices of the Company with respect to the entire content of the Platform.
This document is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the applicable rules made thereunder.
By accessing or using the Platform, you expressly consent to the collection, processing, storage, sharing, and disclosure of your Personal Information as described herein.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
We may collect information directly from you at the time of registration, group participation, payment, service request, or interaction with the Platform.
This may include your name, mobile number, email address, residential address, government-issued identity proof, PAN details (where required), financial disclosures, property preferences, site visit confirmations, negotiation participation records, and other information that identifies or may reasonably identify you.
We may also automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, access timestamps, session activity, and geolocation data (where permitted).
If permission is granted, we may access location data to provide nearby property visibility and contact data solely for referral-based service enhancement.
The primary purpose of collecting information is to provide the Services offered through the Platform.
Information may be used to facilitate group formation, convey negotiation preferences to Developers, coordinate loan referrals, enable legal services, connect interior vendors, coordinate property management services, improve service quality, perform analytics, prevent fraud, comply with regulatory obligations, enforce Terms of Use, and communicate service-related notifications.
The Company does not sell personal data.
Information may be shared with Developers for project coordination and negotiation alignment, with financial institutions or direct selling agents for loan referral, with licensed legal professionals for opinion delivery, with interior vendors for quotation and execution, with property management partners for coordination, and with government or regulatory authorities when legally required.
The Company may also share data with technology providers and cloud infrastructure partners under confidentiality obligations.
Once shared with independent third-party Service Partners for legitimate facilitation, the Company shall not be responsible for their internal data practices.
The Company has implemented commercially reasonable security safeguards including encryption, access controls, secure server infrastructure, firewall protection, and intrusion detection systems.
However, transmission of data over the internet is not completely secure. The User acknowledges inherent risks and agrees that the Company shall not be liable for unauthorized access arising beyond its reasonable control.
In case of any material data breach, the Company shall take appropriate remedial action as per applicable law.
This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the Platform. It does not apply to unsolicited information posted publicly or provided through unrelated channels.
The Company shall not be responsible for privacy practices of third-party websites linked through the Platform.
Personal Information shall be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill service purposes, comply with statutory obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.
Even after account termination, certain records may be retained as required by law.
Users may withdraw consent for future processing by contacting the Company in writing. Withdrawal shall not affect processing already undertaken or contractual obligations initiated prior to withdrawal.

The Platform is operated from India and complies with Indian laws. Users accessing from outside India do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Upon registration, Users may receive service-related communications. Users may opt-out of promotional communications by contacting the Company. Transactional communications may continue where necessary for service delivery.
Where Users grant permission, contact information may be accessed solely to enhance property referral visibility within the Platform ecosystem.
Location data may be requested to enhance property discovery and relevance of listings based on geographic proximity.
The Company collects and stores phone numbers for authentication, transaction communication, service alerts, and regulatory compliance.
For fraud detection and payment security purposes, the Platform may detect installed applications indicative of malicious activity or financial manipulation risk.

Loan services are facilitated through independent financial institutions and direct selling agents. Loan approval is subject to lender discretion and underwriting criteria. The Company does not guarantee loan approval. Separate privacy policies of lending partners may apply.
