By accessing this website, engaging with NexaHomes, or availing any service
facilitated or provided by NexaHomes, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these
Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you must not use this website or any service connected to NexaHomes.
1. COMPANY ROLE & SERVICE STRUCTURE (FOUNDATION)
NexaHomes is a private limited company engaged in:
• Property Management Services
• Interior services facilitation and coordination
• Technology-enabled service facilitation through its platform(s), including BuyInGroup
NexaHomes operates both directly and through independent third-party service providers, depending on the nature of the service.
Nothing on the NexaHomes website or communications shall be construed as a guarantee of outcomes or professional advice unless expressly agreed in writing.
1.2 These services carry different responsibilities, liabilities, and payment structures, and must not be confused or combined.
2.INTERIOR SERVICES — FACILITATION ONLY
2.1 NexaHomes does NOT:
• Execute interior works
• Act as a contractor
• Supply materials
• Employ site labour
• Issue interior project invoices
• Collect interior execution payments
2.2 NexaHomes’ role in interiors is strictly limited to:
• Introducing clients to independent third-party interior execution partners
• Enabling communication and coordination
• Facilitating solo or group participation models (including BuyInGroup)
2.3 All interior execution activities including (without limitation):
• Design finalisation
• Material selection
• Manufacturing
• Installation
• Site supervision
• Timelines
• Quality
• Defects
• Warranties
are handled exclusively and entirely by independent third-party execution partners.
2.4 All interior-related:
• Quotations
• Contracts
• Invoices
• Payments
• Refunds are strictly between the client and the execution partner.
2.5 NexaHomes is NOT a party to any interior execution agreement and bears NO liability whatsoever for execution outcomes.
2.6 NexaHomes may receive commission or referral fees from execution partners.
Such commissions are never paid by clients.
3. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES (PMS)
3.1 NexaHomes provides property management services directly, which may include:
• Tenant coordination
• Rent collection assistance (if authorised)
• Maintenance and repair coordination
• Vendor management
• Periodic inspections
• Owner reporting
3.2 PMS services are delivered by:
• NexaHomes’ internal team
• Vendors appointed and supervised by NexaHomes
3.3 NexaHomes acts as the primary service provider only for PMS.
4. PAYMENTS & FEES
4.1 Interiors
• NexaHomes does NOT collect interior project payments
• NexaHomes does NOT issue interior invoices
• Any facilitation fee (e.g. ₹999) is platform-based only
• All execution payments are made directly to execution partners
4.2 Property Management Services
• PMS fees are payable to NexaHomes as per the agreed plan
• PMS fees are non-refundable once the service period begins, without
• PMS fees are non-refundable once the service period begins, without exception unless expressly agreed in writing
• All applicable taxes (including GST) apply as per law
5. NO GUARANTEES - NO ASSURANCES
5.1 NexaHomes does not guarantee:
• Interior pricing or discounts
• Interior timelines
• Interior quality
• Rental income
• Tenant conduct
• Vacancy timelines
• Property appreciation
• Investment returns
5.2 Participation in any solo or group-based offering is entirely voluntary and outcome-dependent.
6. CLIENT & OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients and property owners are solely responsible for:
• Due diligence of execution partners
• Reviewing and signing execution contracts
• Making payments to third parties
• Legal compliance of property ownership
• Accuracy of information provided
Failure on the client’s part shall not create liability for NexaHomes.
7. MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS (PMS)
7.1 Repair and maintenance costs are borne by the property owner unless agreed otherwise in writing
7.2 NexaHomes coordinates repairs but does not manufacture, insure, or guarantee parts or materials.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 NexaHomes shall not be liable for:
• Interior execution defects or failures
• Vendor delays or negligence
• Tenant disputes or misconduct
• Loss of rent or profits
• Property damage not caused by NexaHomes’ gross negligence
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
8.2 Maximum liability, if any:
• Interiors: Limited strictly to the facilitation fee paid
• PMS: Limited strictly to PMS fees paid for the affected service period No claims beyond this shall be maintainable.
9. INDEMNITY
You agree to fully indemnify and hold NexaHomes harmless against:
• All third-party claims
• Execution partner disputes
• Tenant-related disputes
• Regulatory actions caused by owner non-compliance
• Misrepresentation or misuse of services
10. TERMINATION & SUSPENSION
NexaHomes may suspend or terminate services immediately in case of:
• Non-payment
• Misuse of services
• Legal or regulatory risk
• Threatening, abusive, or unreasonable conduct No refunds shall arise from such termination.
11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION These Terms are governed by Indian law.
Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Withdrawal of consent may result in service suspension or termination.
