Welcome to NexaHomes. These Terms & Policies govern your use of our website and services, including interior design and property management. By engaging with NexaHomes, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1.1 Services Offered

NexaHomes provides the following services:

• Interior Design & Execution – End-to-end design and implementation of residential interiors (with agreement)

• Property Management Services (PMS) – Residential and open-plot management Services (with agreement)

Each service operates under its respective terms as detailed below.

1.2 Service Agreements

• For PMS, a formal written agreement is executed between NexaHomes and the client to define scope, deliverables, and responsibilities.

• For Interiors, a formal written agreement is executed between NexaHomes and the client. All communication, quotations, and approvals shared via email, message, or written correspondence act as confirmation of service initiation.

1.3 Payments

All payments must be made as per the terms mentioned in your quotation, invoice, or service agreement (where applicable). All payments made to NexaHomes are final and non-refundable. No payment reversals or refunds will be entertained once work or service has commenced.

Payments are accepted only through authorized and verified modes such as bank transfer, UPI, or cheque. NexaHomes does not request or accept payments through any personal or third-party channels

1.4 Cancellation & Termination

• Clients may discontinue services at any time by submitting a written request.

• However, discontinuation of service does not entitle the client to any refund — partial or full.

• NexaHomes reserves the right to terminate or suspend services in case of non-payment, contract violation, or misuse of company resources.

1.5 Project Timelines

All project timelines are indicative and subject to factors such as client approvals, material availability, and third-party dependencies.

NexaHomes will communicate any delays or revisions proactively but is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

1.6 Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate project details, timely approvals, and property access to facilitate smooth progress.

Delays in communication, payments, or property access may affect delivery schedules.

1.7 Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, proposals, and creative materials developed by NexaHomes remain its intellectual property until project completion and full payment settlement. Reproduction, redistribution, or unauthorized use of these materials without consent is strictly prohibited.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

While NexaHomes ensures high standards in every service, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses due to third-party actions, delays, or force majeure events.

1.9 Modification of Terms

NexaHomes reserves the right to update or modify these terms and policies at any time. The updated version will be published on our official website and take immediate effect.

1.10 Governing Law

These Terms & Policies are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.

2.1 General Payment Policy

• All payments made to NexaHomes are non-refundable

• Payments must be made only through authorized methods — bank transfer, UPI, or cheque.

• NexaHomes does not accept payments through unauthorized or personal channels.

• Once payment is made, it is considered final and binding.

2.2 Interiors

• For Interior Design & Execution, payments are made based on mutual written confirmation (quotation, email, or project document).

• A formal agreement is required for interior projects.

• Once work has started, no refunds or reversals will be provided under any circumstances

2.3 Property Management Services (PMS)

• Governed by a signed agreement for a defined duration.

• Clients may choose to discontinue services anytime, but no refunds or adjustments will be made for the remaining period.

• Renewal or continuation will be subject to fresh terms or subscription renewal.

2.4 Invoices & Documentation

Official invoices and receipts are issued for every transaction. Clients are advised to verify NexaHomes’ official payment details before making any transfer

2.5 Taxes

All payments are subject to applicable GST and statutory taxes as per Indian law.

2.6 Payment Delays

Delays or missed payments may result in paused or postponed projects.

Services will resume only after all outstanding dues are cleared.

2.7 Disputes

Any payment-related dispute must be raised within 7 working days from the date of transaction.

All disputes shall be governed by the terms outlined in the applicable agreement or written communication record.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 No Refund Policy

NexaHomes maintains a strict no-refund policy for all services.

Once payment has been made and services have commenced, no refund, reversal, or compensation will be issued — regardless of the reason for discontinuation.

3.2 Service Termination

Clients may choose to terminate services at any time by notifying NexaHomes in writing.

However, such termination will not qualify for any refund.

For PMS clients, termination terms are outlined in their respective service agreements.

3.3 Termination by NexaHomes

NexaHomes reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to:

• Non-payment or repeated delay in payments

• Misrepresentation of information

• Breach of service conditions or unethical conduct

In such cases, no refunds will be processed.

3.4 Force Majeure

In events such as natural calamities, lockdowns, or external disruptions, NexaHomes may adjust project timelines or service delivery.

Such circumstances will not qualify for refunds or financial compensation.

3.5 Acknowledgment

By availing NexaHomes’ services or making any payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund Policy and all terms described herein.
